Wooddryer Link System has been developed throughout the last 3 decades and been computerized starting in the early 90's. We have been able to improve each new generation of kiln controller with more features and functions. All the kiln controllers for lumber kilns, pallet kilns, steam chambers, fanshed, and predryers are all linked to a windows based software program that help the kiln operator manage the process.

Especially the lumber kiln controllers have evolved to include more features and functions over the last 10 years so today you can change the characteristics of the control by changing the controller setup value. 

Main features of Wooddryer System controllers:

• Predryer phase for accelerated air drying to fiber saturation point (helps keep white woods white).
• Kiln controller setup value to change aggresiveness of kiln controller.
• Main fan interval operation for reducing drying pressure.
• Predryer set point.
• Kiln set poitns.
• Conditioning set point.
• Integrated Wood Moisture meter with 6 measuring points.
• Average calculation of controlling MC% or "auto decent" for time based schedules.
• Automatically updating of set points based on controlling MC% setting.
• Controller setup value can help engage or disengage spray during kiln phase.
• Controller setup value can help prevent over-venting resulting in lower lower temperatures. Very useful for kilns with too little heating capacity.
