Gas detector.

Used in combination with Kiln-direct direct heated gas kilns.
This system is require whenever a kiln is installed inside another structure or if kiln is directly attached to another structure.
This system may also be required by local authorities or your insurance company.

The gas detector has the following specifications.
  • Calibrated for Natural gas
  • Fan for extracting air from the kiln chamber (install copper tube for cooling the air).
  • Air switch to insure unit is pulling a vacuum to extract air from chamber.
  • Dry contacts (NO and NC).
  • Indicator light for ARMED and ALARM.
