Lumber predryer controls

Our Predryer controls are very unique in the way they "listen" to the moisture evaporation from the wood and will operate each of the individual section seperately to obtain the best result. In addition, the software will either extract humidity from the system when needed or return humidity to the central area to prevent the climate from getting too dry. All these functions and features help you operate the predryer better and more efficiently. Viking. This predryer control system has been developed to operate upto 6 predryer sections inside a larger predryer with individual control of airflow and humidity in each section. General specifications: - Operates up to 6 independent section individually. - Control fans/venting based on moisture evaporation. - Sensors: Temp/RH for main area. - Sensor in each section: RH% - Output for Main fans forward/reverse. - Output for Heating system in central area - Outputs for Heating system in each section - Output for Vents (louvers) in central area. - Outputs for Vents (louvers) in each section. - Output for Power exhaust in central area. - Output for Power exhaust in each section. - Output for Spray (raising humidity) in central area. - Full interaction with Wooddryer Link Software.
