Although there are local and state firewood regulations in addition to the USDA federal rules they all seem to be harmonized with the 160F/75minute rule from USDA.
It seems like each state is a little different, our internal wood temperature sensors have passed inspection with USDA in VT, NH, IL, IN, PA, MN, VA, and maybe one or two more states. So we feel certain it is not a problem to get you certified in any state with the more efficient internal wood temperature sensors.
