End-loaded Pallet Kiln

End-Loaded Pallet Kiln.

The end-loaded pallet kiln is our most popular model with nearly 300 units sold. The are many reasons to purchase a end-loaded kiln. First and foremost the kiln comes completely assembled and ready for use. It will require very little time and effort from your on-site personnel. Furthermore, this kiln is easily moved and therefore has a much higher resale value than a standard kiln. This also makes leasing an attractive purchase option. We have already helped several companies move their kiln to a new location.

The actual design of the kiln is very important and can either limit your options or preferable give you maximum flexibility by allowing you to provide your customers with both heat treated and kiln dried pallets. Not only have we built this kind of a dual purpose kiln, but also designed it to fit into your production efficiently. Thereby reducing your operational cost. The general cost of heat treating a standard pallet is about 4-15 cents per pallet in gas costs.

We have continued to improve and upgrade our pallet kilns,

Standard High Efficiency Model. 600 large pallets. (Our most popular model):
Wide High Efficiency Model for 800 GMA pallets.
Economy model for 600 GMA pallets.
Junior model for 300 (short) to 600 (long) GMA pallets

48x42 pallet capacity:		30 or 40 stacks
48x48 pallet capacity:		30 stacks

This kiln comes in a standard width or extra WIDE width. The standard width hold a little more than a truck load and can load 3 stack of 48" pallets in the width, which really means you will nearly always get a full truck capacity, even on custom sizes. The extra WIDE kiln hold up to 40 stacks of 48x42 pallets and is becoming much more popular for high volume users and offers alot of capacity for very reasonable investment.

48x42 pallet capacity:		15 or 30 stacks

This kilns is nor designed for low volume users and especially in warmer climates this kiln may your most economical choise. Since it is a bit narrower it is also less expensive to transport. The long version of the Junior can be upgraded with more fan and heat capacity and is called our Economy model.
