The Mini Lumber kilns were developed for these companies and individuals that needs a real lumber kiln with all the features found on larger kiln, which cannot use the small lumber kiln design. Since we use a full featured kiln controller and only the best materials this kilns does seem high in price when compared to the loading capacity. We always suggest you strongly consider the small lumber kiln as a prefered choice. However, if you do not a mini kiln we certainly will be looking forward to talking with you.

Small lumber kilns:

This has certainly become our most popular lumber kiln model and it is easy to understand why when you look at all the design, equipment, and control features included. Naturally, the bi-fold door makes loading very easy with your standard small forklift. Once the kiln is loaded the computerized control system with optional integrated wood MC% meter makes the difference. This control system is networked to your office computer wirelessly, which hold the Kiln management software that help you operate and supervise the kiln process. The office computer link can also allow us to go on-line with your kil system and help you with advise and technical support. Lastly the all aluminum kiln constructions with very well insulated walls make a big difference together with the kiln equipment, which include gas, hot water, or steam heating, high capacity fan system and heat recovery on the venting to further reduce your energy consumption.
