| Heat Cannon Pallet Kiln Design. | |
![]() |
| Notice this design uses only cold outside air for the heating system and then exhausts hot air outside again. This means much more gas consumption and higher operating costs. On several kilns we inspected the customer doesn't even stack the pallet at full height because it restricts air flow. This increases the temperature variation inside the chamber, extends treatment time, and further increase gas consumption/costs. |

Piggy-Back Pallet Kiln Design. |
![]() |
| Notice this design recirculates the warm air back into the burner system before shooting it down the length of the kiln using a 3HP motor, where two 2HP motors are carrying it forward to the very front. This means far lower energy consumption, more even heating, shorter treatment times, and much lower operating costs. |
