All concrete steam chamber Home Kiln theory General theory Steaming lumber. Build a steam chamber

This building construction represent the traditional type of construction which represented durability and high performance. This is the easiest solution, if you are using all local materials; however, kiln-direct believe your best option is concrete walls and stainless steel roof solution.

The wall are poured (or cement blocks can be used) and the ceiling is normally hollow-core pre-stresses concrete panels. Once the concrete construction has been completed the outside and ceiling are insulated on the outside and then covered with profile aluminum or steel sheeting. The header over the door opening helps hold the concrete ceiling panels up together with providing the front edge of a slop roof to the back side.

We hope above information has been helpful and we hope you consider our controls for operating your future steam chamber.
